Walking back to the city after a day ambling along the banks of the Chichester Ship Canal and Marina, the clouds were starting to impose on the otherwise clear, blue sky. The way they had started to line up seemed to lead your eye down to Chichester Cathedral in the distance, which still managed to dominate the arable landscape stretching for miles around it.
