The lychgate of St Andrew’s Church in Tarring, West Sussex. The church is 13th century and the gateway to is shows definite signs of age. As you turn off the busy Terringes Avenue and down this short roadway, the peace envelopes you almost immediately. The tranquillity of the moment builds, along with the expectation of what you will find when you reach the gate.
