PreviousNextBrighton is a city of bohemian culture and a cosmopolitan atmosphere. Where building lie in ruins, these are seen as an opportunity to inspire and bring new life. The city uses graffiti as a positive force, encouraging youngsters to experiment in a positive and structured way. This example, which adorns the shutters of the old Municipal Market, shows that not all graffiti amounts to an eyesore.
